Usually I write long posts, but this time I’ll get straight to the point – it’s nap time.
One of my favorite pastors and all-around human beings, Dr. Joel C. Hunter, once said, “Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do in your situation is take a nap.”
I hope you feel as much freedom to make space for yourself to rest as I did when I first heard that.
